I laugh at this, but I actually went and had a physical with my physician the other day.

Fellas, if I can do it - you can do it too.

If you aren't going to do it for yourself, do it for your loved ones. I'm sure they would like you to stick around for a few more years. Go to the doctor and let them check you out.
